Every fishing reel John Milner makes has received diligent attention to detail and is crafted to precision with the finest materials available. John Milner does this for two reasons: he loves making centerpin fishing reels, and he wants your time on the river to be trouble-free. John Milner is so confident in his product that he offers the leading warranty in the industry.Most of our reels carry a three-year warranty for all parts except for the ball bearings. The exceptions are The Talisman and The Manx, which have a ten-year owner’s transferrable warranty on all materials and craftsmanship.

 

Failure due to neglect is not covered under warranty. Neglect includes seized spindles and bushings that have not received proper lubrication by the user. Please see the Care and Maintenance section for instructions on how to keep your centerpin float reel running smooth and trouble-free for decades of steelhead fishing.

 

Any damage due to DIY modification, misuse, or unauthorized repair could automatically forfeit this warranty.
All warranty issues need to be sent to John Milner Reels. Please contact John first before sending your float reel to him.
